I came here around 2:30 PM. I ask I need Two steering tire And three tire for trailer After I check in, I tried to ask another question for mechanical issue office center but there is two guys there in the front desk fair route people I never see like this before immediately I decided to go to different shop and I Google my phone and I find it nearby. Love truckstop very friendly and sweet people love Track stop one hour and a half everything they fix it brakes tires please do not stop TA truckstop This is the worst to. I never see before go to different area. Not good at all. Do not even go to this shop. Do not even think.

This place is a blessing!! I limp in with a problem and in the time it takes me to eat a delicious omelette at the Black Bear diner (Highly recommended!!!) my truck is done!!! They had the new parts in stock!! Professional service with a smile and a handshake. Let's get truckin'!!!

Terrible customer service. I arrived at the service desk and could see that they were finishing up paperwork so I was willing to wait... 10 minutes later neither of the two men behind the counter had even bothered to look at me. Not even a "just a minute sir" nothing.

I can appreciate the parking lot size, the showers, and the food amenities. Popeye's, Burger King, and Pizza Hut. I'm not a big fadt food person but the options are great.

I had a very disappointing experience at the TA in Amarillo, Texas. Before arriving, I called and explained that my truck needed a regeneration. I was told the cost would be $95, so I drove there while my truck was limited to 55 mph. After I arrived, I waited nearly three hours. The technician, Jeremy, performed the regen service. However, not only did they fail to fix the problem, they made it worse. After the aftertreatment service, my truck speed dropped from 55 mph to 5 mph. I also got a yellow check engine light and a red stop engine light. On top of that, they did not charge me $95 as quoted — they charged me around $160. The front desk employee, Steven, was rude and unprofessional when I tried to explain the situation. There was no effort to correct the mistake or help resolve the issue. Because of this delay and failed repair, I missed my delivery appointment and my next load was canceled, causing serious financial loss.which cost $2600 to fix the issue they created, In the end, they charged me more than quoted and did not fix the problem. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this location to other drivers.
